How to live and be healthy

This website is dedicated to helping people to sustainably lose weight without any yo-yo dieting or food restrictions. After years of trying so many different diets, I have learnt that developing mindful healthy eating habits are most effective for effective and sustainable weight loss. 


Meet James

Hi my name is James. I'm passionate about health and have spent years researching how to improve my own health. It is an ongoing and never ending journey, but one that fascinates me.

A few years ago I started to learn about the incredible impact that community changes can have on individual health. It has led me to be studying a masters of Public Health.

I love interviewing healthy people, healthy communities and healthy thought leaders. My hope is that sharing their and my knowledge will also help people and communities to improve their health.
