What's included;

  1. Initial virtual private 1-1 meal with me to learn simple tricks to eat more mindfully for weight loss (book your free session now - BYO Tim Tam or favourite treat!) 

  2. Weekly private phone call with me;

  3. WhatsApp text support - message me anytime and I'll reply asap to keep you on track and answer any questions or challenges as they appear;

  4. Personalised simple family friendly meal plan and shopping list for easy healthy meals, which will also include your favourite treats!

  5. Simple strategies on how to maintain your habits whilst eating out and when traveling; and; 

  6. Monthly check ins for another 4 months after the initial 8 week program to ensure your new healthy habits stick.

Who is this for?

If you are over 30 years old with weight to lose and have previously tried and failed to maintain weight loss with diets, then this program is for you. You will also need to be prepared to do at least one shop and one cook up per week, but I will help to simplify this as much as possible.

Who is this not for?

This program is only for people who are overweight or obese. It is not for people who aren't motivated to lose the weight, which means committing to the program. For example, if you aren't prepared to do a weekly shop and big cook up, then this program is not for you. If you are still convinced that dieting is the answer to weight loss, then this program is also not for you, though I would encourage you to please read my blog about why dieting doesn't work!

*If you don't lose at least 5% of your body weight within 8 weeks whilst committing to the program, then I will keep working with you for free until you lose 5% of your body weight!
