Does this work?

This method is based on proven research showing the effectiveness of applying healthy habits that I learned through my Public Health studies. Whilst it is true that diets can work in the short term, what is also true is that diets fail 95% or more of the time beyond the short term. Unfortunately, short term fixes such as counting calories or restricting calories often get promoted as the solution. However, results are often short lived and the weight often comes quickly back after the diet, as you may have already experienced if you are here!
