Hi, I’m James, an intuitive eating weight loss coach. I teach people how to lose weight without any dieting or restrictions.

 

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, I work as an online weight loss coach helping people to lose weight without dieting whilst eating all of their favourite foods.

 

I’m a certified health coach, nutritionist and Public Health graduate. I have also personally applied what I teach to lose over 25kg. I can help you achieve similar results without dieting.

Frequently asked questions about this weight loss coaching

 

Can you really lose weight without dieting?

 

The methods in this weight loss coaching are based on proven research showing the effectiveness of applying healthy habits that I learned through my Public Health studies. Whilst it is true that diets can work in the short term, what is also true is that multiple studies have shown that diets fail 95% or more of the time beyond the short term. Unfortunately, short term fixes such as counting calories or restricting calories often get promoted as the solution. However, results are often short lived and the weight often comes quickly back after the diet, as you may have already experienced if you are here!

This weight loss coaching instead will show you how to include all food via healthy habits so that you can overcome binge eating and overeating, then quickly and sustainably lose weight. It's worked for me and my previous clients, so why not you too!​​​​​​

Who is this weight loss coaching for?

 

If you are over 30 years old with weight to lose and have struggled with dieting, binge eating, compulsive overeating and/or feeling out of control around food, then this program is for you.

This weight loss coaching also is for people who want to achieve a healthy weight where they look and feel good, but aren't obsessed with trying to be stick thin. 

Services are conducted from our office in Adelaide, South Australia, but are available online to anyone worldwide.

Who is this weight loss coaching not for?

 

This weight loss coaching is not for people who aren't motivated and ready to stop binge eating and stop dieting. This program is not a diet, so if you are looking for another diet, this program is not for you.
