Hey I'm James! :)
Certified Nutritionist, Health Coach & Public Health Graduate
As a certified Nutritionist in Adelaide, I've been interested in health for a long time. My interest in health and nutrition grew from my own struggles with weight.
Through lots of personal experience and my studies in Public Health, I now know that diets not only don't work, they often lead to a rebound of extra weight gained. And trust me when I say I've tried every diet, from low carb, vegan, paleo, calorie counting, intermittent fasting and even periods of not eating for days! Thankfully, I now know the truth and have personally lost over 25kg, without dieting or exercise with intuitive eating.
Because of my personal journey and previous weight struggles, I can empathise and understand firsthand what your struggles and frustrations with dieting are. I don't just push the same diet advice as everyone else, I literally practice what I preach and know what it's like to be stuck in the vicious yoyo dieting cycle. Plus I know how amazing it feels to be free of that same cycle! Sharing that amazing feeling of being free from diets is why I love working as an intuitive nutritionist.
